Upon arrival checked pressures and found system low on refrigerant. Preformed leak search and found leak in evaporator coil. Charged customer up with 2 lbs of refrigerant to try to help with wedding. Must reach out to customer with scheduled time for parts

Arrived and preformed single system tune up

Client is selling the home would like a tuneup as well as check for real estate inspection items AKA trip leg, temperature split, and cleanliness etc.

Tenant not present upon arrival. No answer at the door, landlord could not raise them by phone left card and instructed landlord to have the tenant contact us for mutually agreeable time to return

Healthy single system. Clocked out and helped Ed spread some wood chips around the condenser after our inspection. Area is soggy and causing the condenser to get muddy. Very appreciative disabled elderly man.

Unit was in High Pressure lockout. High limit switch was not tripped. So I reset the unit. It ran perfectly and dropped the air temp down to 65 in the home. Fan motor ran at 0.91 amps and is rated for 2.8 amps. Pressures look normal for a cooler day. Unclear as to why the unit went into lockout at this point

Cleaned coil, and installed 24v uv light. Found large chunk of moldy insulation inside evaporator coil, removed with shop vac before cleaning.
