Tenant states that the 2 zone system seems to be fighting with itself. Whenever one turns on, the other turns off. Please call owner with diagnosis. If the 312 phone number does not reach him, his wife is the 801 number and can take your call. He will be driving through some poor service areas tomorrow.

Ecobee keeps telling them that there may be something wrong with their cooling system that is causing the thermostat to reboot.

found upstairs and downstairs filters completely plugged black. also expansion device is outside of coil not wrapped. i recommend blow drian primary

There was an electrical issue with one of his units when we were there for his fall tuneup in November and we were unable to complete the tune-up on that unit. He has had the electrical issue resolved and now the system is throwing error codes out at the thermostat and short cycling on and off constantly. He would like this addressed as well as a once over of the unit not completed previously.



upon arrival I found upstairs ac note cooling when i open blower door there was a bad burning smell. after futher investigation found blower motor burnt up.

JF has led with clear and trustworthy communication since the first time we had BLHS site visit for a coil we needed replaced in our HVAC. Hands down will continue to rely on BLHS for all AC needs. They have definitely earned our family’s trust and business.
Jax did his job, didn’t charge us an arm & a leg - however, a lot of trust is put in the technicians to make sure they clean up and close up after they’re done.. He left the ceiling attic door wide open - he didn’t lift it back up nor did he turn the attic light off. It stayed wide open for 24 hours before we noticed a light coming down from the upstairs bedroom of our home. I’m hoping nothing crawled out and into our home…
