Upon arrival I found the editing plenum to be not a match up with the coil that was installed from original homeowner. Also does not have manual dampeners. But was successful on 2 heat checks

Briana Ford 817-876-5671 Please let her know when you are on your way. She requested J specifically because J was involved in the installation of coil and duct work. She said that he explained things in a way that was easy to understand and he was extremely helpful. Said another company found mold in the duct and coil where something was taped but not sealed during our installation.

I scheduled both of you out at Mike Scoggins' apartment complex tomorrow. He said he needs us to do the same thing we did to the other buildings back in the day. It was Pops and Hollis that were out doing things for him before. He has two buildings we are looking at and providing estimates for tomorrow. He will not be at the property, but is available to discuss by phone. He asked that we reference the work history as well. A two Story ladder is needed.

Performed 2 heat checks and checked flu pipes on both systems no blockage whatsoever. Nice blue flames and checked all limits. All filters in the house are extremely dirty as well as the inside furnaces. I strongly recommended him to have his ducts cleaned and let us install dust free UVB’s
