We sealed the coil to plenum last year in August and last night she found that the seal we applied had come undone and the cool air is blowing into her attic. She is an awesome lady. If it is the same place that was sealed previously, the re-sealing is covered under our 3 year labor warranty.
upon arrival I found the system running a 19 degree split
master bedroom is very humid as well as the sons room i suggested adding a 12x24x12 return and moving the supply closer to the bed also putting a 12x12x8 in sons room and moving supply closer to window
found drain pan needing to be.replaced
We have used Blue Label 3-4x and been very satisfied each time.
A little more water in drain pan lately. Park parallel to garage for ease of access. Side gate is how you will be getting in and out. Next to garage. Please do not forget shoe covers please change filter

Strange whining sound coming from the attic while unit is running.
System froze. 2 lbs added. Leak search didn’t find any indoor or outdoor other then cores
Is available anytime. Also would like a tune up. Also asked if we offer a senior discount.
Says there is a rattling in the system that can be heard in a specific area of the home.
Extended warranty capacitor replacement
3rd floor not cooling.
Leak search the indoor coil and the outdoor coil. Only place I found was the service port core. Was able to tighten and also changed the caps to brass with a rubber seal

Stop your AC & Furnace search!!! These guys are the best! Communication was excellent! Their service was great! Another AC company wanted to fix parts that weren’t even broken. Jay came out, found the issue, looked up my system and ordered the part. The part was still under warranty. Talk about honest! You just don’t get great service like this these days!!! Blue Label is now my “go to!” AC service and repair company!
