Scott got here early and was able to diagnose the leak quickly. The team got the warranty in part that day and was back the next day to complete the repair. Scott followed up with a QC appointment to verify all was properly working.

After a service call for our outside unit, making noise, we discovered the unit was not a heat pump as we thought when we purchased it to replace the original compressor unit. Once this was discovered, Blue Label corrected the error at no charge, installing a new heat pump unit. The customer service from Blue Label is exceptional and we highly recommend Blue Label for all of your AC and heating needs. Cudos to Jay, Hailey and Scott for taking care of the issue with no problems.
