Filter was very dirty but duct were recently cleaned by another company and it looks completely fine I recommended installing a dust free home defense light. Also homeowner wants a t4 tstat install
The equipment we installed in July is not cooling. She said heat works fine, but she has to turn the system off to get any relief from the heat.
Performed a heat check on a heat pump made the recommendation to replace unit due to the previous drain clogged that happened years back. I don’t want to say it but the pictures say the proof

Has dogs. John Moore has run this poor woman through the mud. She has a list of items that she has paid them for and they have continued to piece rate her to death. Her system now will not turn off. Her home is at 61 degrees. If a repair is required, please give her the $50 off for being referred. Also, the friend who referred her to us requested that we let her know what the blue diamond club is all about.
Out door unit off when I arrived even with a call for cooling. Checked the ss1 inline float switch and it didn’t have standing water, put it back and as soon as I got to the outdoor unit it kicked in. Pressures were spot on. Temp split is 18 unit ran the rest of the time I was there.

This is followup to prior service as servicing person missed his spray glue in earlier trip. To reset the thermostat , service person was taking more time as he didn’t had the context or previous service history. We believe service level went down
