Looking for an estimate to replace 14 year old struggling 4 ton unit.
Said that the air coming from vents upstairs is warm sometimes. Had another company come out and perform diagnostic. Told him he had a leak but could not identify the location of the leak, so customer is not even sure that it is a leak. Knows for sure that there is an issue though. Said we performed a leak search at his previous home and he remembered having a positive experience with us and our knowledgable staff.
Replaced all the stats, zone board. Wired up the dragonfly kit. Tested zone 1 and zone 2 together both on. One on one off. And both off. All are working exactly how they should be.

changed all filters in house poured vinegar down drian lines
Said the system is not responding to the thermostat. It is cooling excellently, after the water. The issue now is that they can't turn it off. They had someone directly with Nest come and troubleshoot and they found the issue is not with the thermostat itself. Wife is at home. Shirish is traveling.

Stop your AC & Furnace search!!! These guys are the best! Communication was excellent! Their service was great! Another AC company wanted to fix parts that weren’t even broken. Jay came out, found the issue, looked up my system and ordered the part. The part was still under warranty. Talk about honest! You just don’t get great service like this these days!!! Blue Label is now my “go to!” AC service and repair company!
