Job Locations and Reviews
Upon arrival found that old duct had fallen off again, replaced said section of duct and ensured air flow. JOB COMPLETE
Upon arrival found out that the single system was cooling everything except for the upstairs master. Went to the attic and found that the 10inch duct supplying that room had fallen off. Also noticed that duct had extra weight due to wet insulation. Recommended replacing 6ft of 10in duct to avoid reoccurring issues and customer approved
Arrived on site and found compressor pulling 139 start amps. Checked capacitor and found the compressor side reading .17 out of 45. Found part during 3 year warranty, so I swapped it out and got it running. Unit is cooling as intended, job complete
Arrived on site and cleared drain line using compressed air after not being able to find the termination point of drain line. Discovered that hvac drain is connected to main line. Informed customer of situation.
Thank you for your feedback. Our team is very thankful.
Arrived on site and found main drain line clogged causing trip in main float switch. Used mighty pump to clear drain. Customer. Paid in check.
Client called to have a duct re-strapped that we had repaired for him. I set him up for a spring maintenance too. Misquoted price on the phone and adjusted to $79 -WTF
Flame sense error. Unit will fire, run approximately 10 seconds and recycle. Only had blower activation once out of approximately 10 tries. Found flame sensor fouled, so cleaned it and checked milliamps back to board. Observed successful blower activation 5 out of 5 tries after cleaning the sensor. Performed CO screen, and explained the issue to the lady of the home as Robert was sleeping during my visit.
Out here getting people back up and running!
