Conducted thorough tasks: cleaned coils, replaced air filters, checked thermostat calibration, inspected electrical connections, and tested refrigerant levels. Ensuring peak performance and efficiency for another year!
I conducted heating maintenance for a valued client, which included replacing the air filter and cleaning burners, flame sensor, and inspecting the heat exchanger. I also blew out the condensate trap and drain, checked voltage, amperage, and electrical connections, and measured capacitor values. After starting the gas furnace, I tested limit and safety switches, performed a combustion test, and checked the temperature rise. I'm pleased to report that the unit is operating as per the manufacturer's specifications.
