Went out to assist a residential customer whose air conditioning system was not working. After inspecting the unit, I found that the condenser fan motor was locked and the capacitor was leaking. I installed a new condenser fan and capacitor to resolve the issue. The system is now operating as it should for the customer.

Repaired a customer's air conditioning system at their residential home. I inspected the outdoor unit and found a faulty run capacitor was causing the system to not turn on. After replacing the capacitor, the system functioned properly again. The customer was pleased with the service.

Went out to repair a customer's air conditioning system. The residential customer had called us because their system was not working to cool the home. Upon my arrival, I discovered that the permanent filter was blocked completely, which was causing the lack of airflow in the system. I cleaned the permanent filter out, which resolved the issue.

When I arrived at the home, I discovered that the blower motor was the source of the performance difficulties. I adjusted the blower motor speed so the system could work properly again. This is my second time using Blue Label and I’m a satisfied repeat customer. HVAC services are expensive, but it really should be about paying for quality. This company delivers just that. It was really easy to set the appointment online and they came the very next day. This is a lifesaver in the Houston summer heat. They came when they said they would and calées and texted before hand. I also really appreciate that they let me know who was coming and sent a picture of the technician ahead of time. The tech was Hollis and he did an amazing job! He was very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions and review with me options of keeping my home cool and maintaining my system instead of replacing. We share the same philosophy of repairing and upkeep over starting over. Hollis is also from the community and I can tell he likes looking out for his neighbors. Hollis was training an apprentice, Doug, and I know he has had a good teacher. His knowledge, skills and customer service are what make Blue Label my preferred business for my HVAC needs.
